Lakeland Estates Mobile Home Park was developed in the early 1980's, it is a 90 pad housing community situated in the City of Mattoon, Illinois. Lakeland Estates MHP LLC recently aquired the community in June of 2007. Lakeland Estates MHP LLC is owned and operated by its Member Larry Winkler. Mr. Winkler began his business in 1986 and is currently the President and Owner of Winkler Investments, Inc.. which manages and acquires affordable housing communities in the States of Illinois, and Missouri. Mr Winkler has had experience in both Real Estate Sales and later as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.
